And some well known Artist of London Gopal Basnet, Deepak Gurung AKA Patman, Skipper Samir AKA Tej, Rashmi Pokharel, Bimala Budhathoki and Rabina Pun had expressed their deep condolence by doing tribute performance on his songs in Miss UK Nepal 2014 organised by Events & Ideas Production. Many Nepalese living abroad had also expressed their condolence to him. Many personalities of Nepal including Prime minister of Nepal Expressed their deep condolence to him. Thousands of people participated in the funeral proceeding in Kathmandu on he was given national honour by the Nepal Government. Unfortunately he died at the age of 47 in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. Soon afterwards the couple left for India, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia and bone cancer. Shree Krishna Shrestha married Sweta Khadka in July 2014.
